Our Prints

All our prints are high-quality, display-grade giclee prints, and come un-framed as standard. They are designed to standard sizes and fit perfectly in frames from major sellers. To avoid colours fading over time, avoid hanging in direct sunlight.

 

Returns

If you buy something from our site and wish to return it – please do so within 14 days of receiving it. To arrange a return please contact us.

Returns shall only be accepted if the product is received undamaged and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the product shall be your responsibility. You will also be responsible for ensuring the product is packaged and posted appropriately. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to any returned product. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund your initial payment within 7 days (minus the original costs of P&P).

 

Shipping

All orders shipped to the UK are £3.95 and orders over £50 are free. Local collection is also available – please message us for details. With the exception of personalised prints, we aim to ship within 4 working days of the order being received, although in busy periods, this may be slightly longer.

Postage outside of the UK is calculated at check-out and varies from country to country. Please note that orders sent outside the EU may be subject to import duties and tax depending on the country of destination and the value of the order. The recipient is responsible for paying any tax levied.

 

Colours & Print Care

Due to variations in the printing process and the  calibration of individual screens, we cant guarantee that colours will appear exactly as shown on the website, although every effort is taken to get the best possible results.

We are committed to protecting and safeguarding your personal data. Your privacy is important to us, which is why we are updating our Privacy Policy in order to meet the new European data protection law, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into effect on 25th May 2018.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When we talk about 'Personal Information' in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Order Information and Device Information .

We will never sell your personal data to another company. We do however share your Personal Information with third parties to help us fulfil your order and to communicate to you, as described above.
